Simply attach the needle by screwing clockwise into the base of the injector.
Push the plunger all the way into the casing.
Submerge the end of the needle into the marinade past the last hole and gently pull the plunger until you have the desired amount.
Insert the needle into the thickest part of the meat and push the plunger to inject the marinade. Repeat these steps 2-3 times for best results.
