Beretta 3 Qt - 24cm Stainless Steel Food Mill 

This stainless steel food mill includes 3 folding hinged legs for sitting the food mill on top of a stock pot, and it comes with three interchangeable disks.

If you are making sauces, jams or pureeing foods for any reason, then you could use either a food processor, a blender, or your hand with a mortar and pestle but a food mill is the preferred option.

Using the other tools is a two step process to first process the food, and then separate the seeds/skin, which is inefficient - especially in a busy kitchen. A food mill does it all in one easy step as the food is pushed down through a sieve. 

 

This Food Mill comes with three interchangeable disks:

  • 1.5 mm small holes for fruit sauces and tomato juice.
  • 2.5 mm medium holes for purees and soups.
